Honor the Body That Carries You

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.”

Truth be told…

Your body is always listening.

It remembers every act of kindness you offer it—every nourishing meal, every glass of water, every walk, every deep breath, every good night’s sleep, and every moment you choose grace over guilt.

You don’t have to change everything today.

Start where you are.

Use what you have.

Take one small step.

Because small, consistent choices become lifelong flourishing.

Pause.

Take one slow, deep breath in for four counts.

Hold gently.

Exhale slowly for six counts.

Repeat three times.

Then ask yourself:

“What is one healthy choice I can make today to honor the body God has entrusted to me?”
