As we observe Mental Health Awareness Month this May, we want to take a moment to talk about something incredibly important: mental health and well-being in the manufacturing workplace.

This Sunday, they are donning their finest dapper attire and firing up their classic motorcycles to participate in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR).

This global event is dedicated to raising vital funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health programs. We are fully behind them as they hit the road for this incredible cause!

Whether it is utilizing their flextime to prep their bikes for the ride , or having the entire Cimtech family rally behind them to raise funds, this is what it looks like to live out our core value of "Being a Good Team Member".

We love seeing our team go above and beyond to support their colleagues and contribute to a positive culture, both inside and outside the walls of our facility.
