Whether I was a thick n fluffy 200lbs, a skinny mini 118lbs, or a comfortable and fit 140lbs I made sure to love myself and the skin I was in EVERY step of the way. Sure I had things I wanted to change but I did not let those thoughts eat me alive. &You shouldn’t either😉
