Fridays workout done!

16 minute AMRAP this morning. Time was tight, so I picked 12 exercises and did them in groups of 3.
The first and the third round I did for 5 minutes, and the second and the fourth round I did for 3 minutes.
The key here was to really challenge myself during this short period - and boy did I!

First workout of the April plan - okay, so I started one day early.
Chest Press - 4 sets
Deadlifts - 4 sets
Dips - 4 sets
Hitting as many reps as I can each set!
This took me just under 30 minutes - and that included a 5 minute warm up on the bike. I spent another 10 minutes after this doing 3 sets of front raises and 3 sets of lateral raises. I found that time and made it work!

Do you struggle to find the time to get everything done. Do you find that you forego your workout, and are constantly pushing your own health off to the side to “do another day.”
I get it. I struggle too. I try to find a way though - which is easier said than done!
Over the last couple of months I’ve been working on ways to maximize my time to allow myself the best workouts possible. What I’ve come up with is a plan that challenges me and pushes me. But the key is that I can do this within a shorter time frame when necessary.
I’m going to keep training myself this way. Starting April 1st I’ll be sharing this plan with anyone who is interested in giving it a go.
There will be options for all levels, as well as for those working out at home with limited equipment.

TIME! We all have the same amount of time every day - but almost all of us have very different days, which means that “same” time is in fact very different.
I’m working on putting together workout plans that will enable us to maximize and dedicate whatever time we can to getting in an effective workout as frequently as possible. I still have plenty to figure out, but watch this space…….

How much time do you waste when working out? Or how many workouts do you skip - just because you don’t have some sort of plan for what you’re gonna do. I always make a little plan before every workout to keep me focused and to maximize my time whilst I’m working out.
