Arguing With My Former Self

Free Speech is a Natural Right regardless of what you feel or what you say.

"Consequences" aren't a suitable excuse or reason to limit speech.

And physical repercussions should never result without their own set of consequences.

We cannot be a free republic without protecting the right to express ideas, even ones we disagree with.

If you label something "hate speech" and attempt to criminalize it, that abuse of power will one day spread to victimize anything and everything that is at odds with the elites in power.

Calling out sexual exploitation, bribes, pe******ia, treason, and over taxation, to name a few, would be crimes against the government.

All of human history testifies to this truth!

What made the original Africans in America slaves? They had no right to speak out against it, a lacking comprehension of the language more often than not, and no weapon to take up arms to fight their masters. The same will be true the day we allow the government authority to curb our tongue.

This republic was founded from the abuses of a tyranny which would not allow Free Speech, including the freedom of assembly, expression and the right to worship.

America will cease to be a free republic the day she accepts these terms laid out by the powers that be!

May that day never come.
