Mason landed in Neosho, Missouri where he and his wife, Ashley Mason, DVM and three dogs (Moose being the “Lab” in Red Lab Farms) began raising beef cattle and goats for meat and milk. Not only does Mason have entrepreneurial spirit and business sense, but he is a culinary artist obsessed with presentation and flavor. He ingeniously combines flavors to form unique creations of local classics. In addition to various dairy and ranch positions, Mason’s work experience includes numerous farmers markets, Marin Sun Farms, a sustainable pasture to fork ranch, and Gastro Truck - a gourmet food truck appearing on TV food shows.
