Tattenhall project is getting close to wrapped up. This one is inside the loop near 610 and 290. It’s a tight knit pocket neighborhood in high demand, and i think i bought the biggest house in the neighborhood lol! We are about a week behind schedule right now and I just made a list of punch items needed. Wood floors upstairs turned out beautiful. Home Depot delivered the wrong stove for the guest suite so tracking the right one down. The bathtub doesn’t fit in the space in the master so the wall has to be shrunk down and tile redone on that wall. The swinging bookshelf to the secret room needs to be adjusted. I wasn’t happy with some of the grout lines and Sheetrock lines so that all has to be cleaned up. All in all it’s looking amazing and when we are done it will be!! The yard is being cleaned out and professionally graded for drainage soon so we can add fresh grass. Taking a bit longer than ideal but it’s moving quickly now! Cabinet doors will go on after countertops end of this week. People are calling to see it already so I don’t expect this one to last long!💙🧡💙 PS, I need another home to flip..if you know of one send me the info! 🤩

Haven’t given you guys an update in a while on the Tattenhall project. Texture and paint is happening now..tile floors are in downstairs. On the stairs and upstairs we will be sanding and staining the wood floors. Cabinets going in end of next week..wait til y’all see this kitchen I designed. 😳😍 here’s a few pics of the floors before they were covered in paper and then a couple pics with the beginnings of texture and the master bedroom and master bathroom. It’s moving along quickly now and we should be complete in less than 4 weeks! 😁
