First look. I like to just let things unfold naturally when doing wedding photography. But there will be a first time they see each other no matter what, and it will probably be a wonderful, emotional moment. When this guy turned around and saw his bride, it was like he had an electric shock! He got dazzled!
So… if it’s not going to be during the ceremony, it’s nice to set things up so that I can definitely catch that moment!

I so enjoyed hearing this jazz trio with and (while I was photographing an event in Jamaica Plain last week). And I really loved the visuals when I turned to see them so actively listening to each other and eating up those solos and making their own beautiful reality up on that stage. Mmm-mm.
