Campus Bound

In the fall of 2023, Ayla Biscan was a senior at Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, and the first of her siblings to go through the college application process.

Fortunately, Ayla had had a big sister for five years through Jewish Big Brother Big Sisters (JBBBS), and their partnership with Campus Bound led the family to learn about its admission support services.

Brian and Denise H. wanted their children to land at a college that was affordable and both a good academic and social fit. In came Campus Bound Counselor, Jen Forand.

Jen worked with each child to help meet their individual and family goals for college, leaving them elated about the outcomes. But most of all, she helped take the pressure off the parent-child relationship that can happen with college planning.
