Sound healing has always been a part of Sacred Knitting philosophy. As well as infusing intention into our yarn. As a Naturopathic Doctor I have used this method for many years to amplify intention into my yarn. Simply holding your yarn and repeating your intention will do, some days you just need the extra boost!

It's more than simply 'slow crafting', Sacred Knitting is an evidence based experience to increase mindfulness and regulate your nervous system...with a little magic added in, of course 🪐
