Cub Scout Pack 4 Needham

Today our Bear den earned their whittling badge. Focusing on knives, knife safety, proper techniques and the importance of using a knife with supervision. Scouts have been looking forward to this badge all year.

Our Tiger Scouts (first grade) earned their “Designed by Tiger” badge today at the Needham Public Library. Scouts drew pictures then turned those pictures into LEGO creations. The finished the adventure by leaving no trace, one of the key principals of scouting.

The Bear Carnival has been moved to Temple Beth Shalom (670 Highland Ave, Needham).

⏰ Arrival times
• Bears: please arrive at 2:30 PM
• All other scouts: arrive at 3:00 PM

🗺️ Where to go
Temple Beth Shalom is at the corner of Highland Ave and Webster Street (entrance on Webster). Enter through the front door facing the rear parking lot. If there’s no security guard, ring the bell and let them know you’re there for the Cub Scout meeting. We’ll meet in Simon Hall, the middle multipurpose room along the back wall.

What an amazing day at Milton Base Camp! Taking advantage of the unusually warm January day, our Cub Scouts tried archery 🏹 and BB guns 🎯—all included with their Scouting membership. Hands-on skills, confidence building, and unforgettable fun at no extra cost. One more reason Scouting is such an incredible value for families! 🐻⚜️
