The mission of the Barbara Popper Memorial Foundation is to carry on Barbara’s commitment to educating parents on how to advocate for themselves and their children. The Foundation will continue to advance Barbara’s work in maternal and child health by supporting parents who are navigating the systems in place and by working collaboratively to change existing policies to better reflect what is in the best interest of families.
