You don’t need a Starbucks protein coffee beb, make it at home
Pros to making it at home:
-Less $$
-You know exactly what ingredients are in your drink
-You know the exact calories and macros in your drink
-It takes all of 30 seconds to make
One thing about me is I will not buy a product (that I consume often) with more than 5 ingredients. Fillers such as xanthan gum, oils, and non digestible sweetners can be hiding in your protein powders causing you to feel bloated. I also always check the cost per serving on the container. Some brands will seem like the price is good but the serving size is two scoops and not one. Do your research!
I use transparent labs protein powder, and I always use this almond milk with three ingredients. Some Starbucks bottled coffee has added sweetener, so make sure to check the back! I love the taste of Stok.

I feel kind of weriddddd posting this 😋
Weird because I had slowly gained weight over a period of probably 2 years and didn’t realize it. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I realized I was wearing my typical oversized sweatshirts daily because I felt uncomfortable wearing anything form fitting.
And just to back track, there is nothing wrong with the way my body looked at 150lb. It just wasn’t my normal, and I felt my confidence slipping. I also had blood work done that revealed I had high cholesterol.
So I made a few changes. And stuck with it.
The surprise?
Losing body fat is often associated with working out more and eating less. (That’s not the surprise, keep reading)⬇️
This was almost the opposite.
I myself am a workaholic and former athlete. I consider myself a high performer. This was a bigggg mindset shift as I started this process.
The reason why I’m bringing up my new program coming up “autumn alignment”?
This program is similar to what I have been doing the past 4 months.
Simple strength training, daily movement such as step count, and dialing in on my nutrition.
I used to eat very little and then do an intense workout, then sit at my desk.
Girllll have times changed.
And they will continue to change. I might be training for a marathon soon (MIGHT) and I know that will really change my body. Bloating and weight gain may happen, but who knows.
Change is ok. Lifestyles will always change. The value is understanding how to adapt to that change.
