I’m thrilled to be teaming up with Needham Community Education (NCE) to bring Strength Training for Women to the FIERCE studio this winter & spring.

FIERCE has called Needham home for almost 2 years now, and it feels so good to keep deepening our roots in this community of strong, busy, big-hearted women. 🩵

In this 45-minute full-body strength class, we’ll use:
✅ Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, med balls & bodyweight
✅ Smart, safe programming for women
✅ A whole lot of encouragement, sweat & laughs

Whether you’re brand new to lifting or you’ve been training for years, you’ll be welcomed, supported, and challenged at your level. Classes are kept small (max 12) so you’re never just a number.
