Check this page to find the most up to date information regarding where we will meet each week for our runs! TRACK WORKOUT MONDAYS: All paces welcome to walk, jog, or run! This is the best night to come if you are worried about being separated from the group when we run around the city. We typically have a planned workout printed, but everyone is always encouraged to modify the workout to fit your goals or do your own thing entirely. LONG RUN SATURDAYS: Time: 6am Location: Typically Port Neches Park in Port Neches, but sometimes we mix it up. People run anywhere from 3-22 miles, paces vary and not everyone stays together. Message us for route details if you'd like to join in! If there is a particular distance you want to accomplish, please post any distance requests on our page and we will do our best take that into consideration when deciding on the route. WHAT TO BRING TO ALL RUNS: Lights & reflectors if it is dark, bug spray, water, gatorade, or other nutrition if you need it, and a positive, encouraging attitude!
