Robin has trained with me for about 6 years. She started at twice weekly and she loved how working out made her feel, so these days we meet up for 4 sessions every week. Robin enjoys fitness but she knows she needs our appointments to keep her accountable. Her commitment to health and dedication keeps her lean and strong. Here she demonstrates great form on deadlifting and squatting.

Over 100 lbs gone since January and still going! Effort and dedication gets results. Patty has trained with me off and on for years- she was one of my first clients! There have been ups and downs but this year Patty really decided to commit to nutrition and training twice weekly because she wanted to improve her health.
That means she lost 100lbs from January to October! Occasionally her weight loss would plateau, so we would tweak her diet a bit. That might include adding a few more grams of carbs (carb cycling) or bigger portions of protein to her overall low carb diet. We managed to keep the weight coming off and she keeps getting stronger and more capable, too. I’m incredibly proud of her commitment and results!
