She came into the new year with one goal: get stronger and lift heavier šŖ
Back in January, we tested her 3RM and built a plan to push it over the next 3 months⦠and she just CRUSHED it. Not only did she beat her previous max, she blew past it adding 30lbs to her 3RM š„
6am isnāt easy, but she shows up, puts in the work, and itās paying off big time.

Change of scenery for todayās session! It was too gorgeous not to take advantageš¬āØ
šDonāt skip the part that actually keeps you moving. Stretching before your workout helps prep your body, improve mobility, and reduce your risk of injury. And when the soreness (hello, DOMS) kicks in after? Thatās your sign to keep showing up with foam rolling + gentle stretchingānot avoiding it.

The internet can make health feel a little extreme sometimes.

Healthy habits take time, patience, and consistency.
