She came into the new year with one goal: get stronger and lift heavier šŸ’Ŗ

Back in January, we tested her 3RM and built a plan to push it over the next 3 months… and she just CRUSHED it. Not only did she beat her previous max, she blew past it adding 30lbs to her 3RM šŸ”„

6am isn’t easy, but she shows up, puts in the work, and it’s paying off big time.

And when the soreness (hello, DOMS) kicks in after? That’s your sign to keep showing up with foam rolling + gentle stretching—not avoiding it.
