After a bit of a hiatus the Poconos Lakeside Cottage is back for some value-engineering. The client has asked us to look the building without the garage and bedroom above and here’s our first pass. It’s an improvement in our eyes and as long as they can live without the garage it’s an improvement to the budget as well!

Using yellow for your exterior paint can really brother a dreary day like today.

From drawing to seeing it installed in a freshly painted space was nearly 3 years, but this fireplace surround looks great.
