More fun with and this time, the practice involves straight arms!

Are you one of those people who think is something you are born with and that if you’re not born with it, your back “will NEVER do that”? Think again!

Sure, genetics matter to some extent. Also, the natural shape of your vertebrae may limit the depth of your curve in . But!!! You should know that (i) flexibility can be trained, because (ii) flexibility is all about strength rather than joint laxity. And... we all know strength can be trained, right?

It’s never too late to try something crazy... 😉
