Congratulations to Margaret Kilcoyne of Northwestern State University. Dr. Kilcoyne is the recipient of the Governor's 2013 Technology Educator of the Year Award. She will be honored in Baton Rouge on Monday, October 28, 2013, at the LA Technology Council luncheon!
