Congratulations to PENCIL Partnership Manager Taylor Woodard on being nominated as a 2026 NELAs finalist!

We are extremely fortunate to have Taylor on our team supporting our partners, educators, and young learners in North Nashville.

We are delighted to welcome Leah Susi as our new Chief Philanthropy Officer!

A graduate of Lipscomb University, Leah has more than 20 years of experience leading fundraising, communications, and organizational growth initiatives in the nonprofit arena.

In her role, Leah will both direct all activities related to PENCIL's donor development strategy and oversee all marketing activities to assure overall success at recruiting and supporting new programmatic partners.
