nd Wales (Providence Campus), is the former Sous Chef of the Turtle Club and Allison, A Naples Native with a Background in Interior Design from Florida State University, was working as an Evening Server. The two shortly after meeting joined forces to begin the groundwork of their goal to start their own business. The plan slowly transformed into a focus on creating Naturally Gluten Free Meals for those looking for a fresh take on Meal Planning, with Quality being the cornerstone of their Prepared Meal business venture. Three years later, Allison and Amanda have built out their own Private Catering Kitchen Space located in North Naples, and they are focused on combining professional culinary skills and years of experience in Gluten Free cooking/baking to create a delicious rotating menu that will cater to Naples’ fast paced, yet health-conscious clientele.
