The Fed is pumping what feels like a never ending supply of money into the market, we have all time low mortgage interest rates, and there are major inventory shortages. This creates the perfect cocktail for asset price inflation (things will get more expensive). Experts say the first time home buyers are getting hit hard and it's pricing many of them out of the market. My question is, what have you been doing with your stimulus checks if you haven’t been using it to pay your bills? Buying stocks? Saving up for that down payment? Paying down your debts? Or getting the new PS7 and iPhone 15 that everyone has been going crazy over? I’m curious to know lmk your thoughts #239
