Happy to report that, once again, the Carriage Club building emerged unscathed from both Helene and, yesterday, Hurricane Milton. There is some ponding water and lots of sand in the parking lot/grounds but this old building is a fortress. Although there was some damage during Hurricane Ian, it has all been repaired and many things upgraded. Even then, the inspectors all agreed this is a very sound, well-built condo building. Our unit on the 4th floor is listed for sale, but bottom fishers need not apply, it is already priced to sell. For more information or to see it, click
