Heather's cake tonight was so sweet and the little buttercream blossoms matched her wedding dress. I love incorporating little edible details to tie everything together.

This audio is so so true for me. Before culinary school, I developed my love for baking from baking with my grandma. We always made treats with the purpose of giving them away. To her friends in nursing homes, friends from church, teenagers in town, heck, we baked goodies for everyone and it was always the act of sharing that made baking so fun and special for us. I'm so grateful to be able to do that for people's biggest days now. You're trusting me with your WEDDING, your BIRTHDAY, your biggest celebration!
