Meet Nilesh N Acharya from Trivandrum who lost 32kg.

"My transformational journey started in 2018 Nov. Identified 3 issues which prompted to start a weight loss journey.
1. Non-energetic. Even climbing 10 to 11 stairs was difficult.
2. Cloth size. None of the shops or brands were good enough to match my size. Finally I was able to find a brand that was specifically for extra-sized.
3. My weight crossed 106, which was disheartening.
Dedicated regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet along with portion control, and supplements such as protein powder and multivitamins helped me in my transformation.

Let's hear his story:
I was 80 kg when I retired in 2015 & become 81 kg later on. I was trying hard to reduce my weight but in vain. When our mentor NANDA JEE started the wellness moonshot revolution & started health classes then I took a decision with SANKALP that I, being a leader of our team if I did not do it then how can I be a role model for our team.
A sorrowful affair happen in my family that we were caught by corona in April 2021 and lost my wife who was diabetic for 32 yrs. That has broken me from inside and I was somewhat frustrated. But one thing happens a strict diet with food supplements in corona started reducing my weight. Then I followed the following routine.
Morning with morning walk/cycling and exercise then Sprout & protein powder at 9 am After one hour two wheat bread with vegetables & salads. Lunch at 2.30 pm small quantity rice with more dals& vegetables then roasted grain (bhunja) in the evening at 6 pm. then dinner at 9.30 two wheat bread with vegetables and protein powder with fiber.
To control diabetes and improvement of guts system I took amlaki & madhunashni in the morning empty stomach and at night after dinner.
The following Food supplement I took on a daily basis.
Nutrilite daily, protein, vitamin C, natural B, milk thistle, omega3, fruit, veg tab, garlic, vo q10, Ch balance, lutein, multi carotene, Tulsi, vasaka, calmag D, & cherry iron. As I am 65 plus so I take the product for vision, heart, liver & cholesterol to make my health optimal.
