If you have a license to touch, after this class you are officially a Reiki practitioner!

☀️This 90 minute appointment is a one of a kind experience! I call it The Soulshine Experience because it was designed not only to make you feel physically better, but also to bring well being to your mind and spirit.

This Experience includes:
✨Raindrop Therapy, which combines aromatherapy, massage and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, harmony, and wellness to our mental, physical, and emotional bodies.

✨Reiki, which is a therapy based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. As a Reiki Master, I use gentle touch to help guide the universal life force energy in a way that leads to balance and healing.

✨Reflexology, which is Pressing on areas of the feet in a calming way to stimulate the nerves there. This sends a message to the central nervous system to help relax the body and has positive effects on your breathing, blood flow, immune response, and more.

✨Sound healing with crystal bowls, this is both activating and relaxing – so it also has a refreshing effect. The oscillation, or resonance, of molecules, triggered by the sound vibrations cause alternating compression and relaxation of cells.
