Pet owners.
Do you have a picky eater?

This guy was driving us crazy.🤪

I swear we give him better food than we we make for ourselves.
Cut up chicken, ground beef, beef roast, white fish, beef liver...it didn’t matter what we served up to Mr. Fussy...he just picked at it.
We tried raw, cooked, partially cooked, cold, warm.

Again, it didn’t matter.
We even added a bit of kibble.
Still nothing.

We were throwing away more food than he was eating.
I was getting worried about him because I knew he was getting skinny under all that fur and he HAD to be hungry.

One day I had a lightbulb moment.

I got to thinking...maybe he gets a sick, upset tummy after he eats. Maybe acid reflux or gas.

Perhaps he was associated hurting/sick tummy with eating so he refused to eat because he didn’t want his tummy to hurt.

Dogs are smart like that y’know.

They learn quickly to avoid what’s bothering them.
It’s our job to figure out what’s wrong.
Because a dog has GOT to he hungry most days.

Here’s what I did.
👉I switched feeding him from twice a day to once.
👉I got doggy digestive enzymes and sprinkled it over his food.
They are tasteless so it didn’t bother him a bit.

With only one feeding per day, he was def hungry enough to eat at least some of his food do we could try the enzymes and see if it helped.

With the enzymes, apparently he wasn’t getting a hurting tummy anymore because he started eating MUCH better. 💥
Fairly quickly, we totally turned the corner into a dog who eats whatever we feed him and he eats it all.

Since we have some catching up to do with his weight, I even give him seconds if he wants it.
But always, he gets a small scoop of powdered enzymes over his food now that we have found a solution.

It makes sense doesn’t it?

In my book on gut health, I emphasize digestive enzymes for almost every person on the planet and rate it as one of the top three supp’s to take.

If people get upset tummy -bloating, burping, gas, acid reflux...why can’t our pets?

Even good food today is crap food compared to food long ago.
It’s missing natural enzymes, probiotics that are so important to gut health—people and pets.

If your pet eats just fine but throws up often —that’s still a sign they need enzymes.

Just my two cents.

If your pet is a fussy eater, maybe your pet isn’t fussy.
Maybe their tummy just needs help. 😊

This may not work for you but I’m sharing in case it might.
(I use Dr Mercolas doggy enzymes but there are many good brands on the market.)

Mr Fussy has gone from fussy eater to eating like the wolf he resembles. 😆

The Manufacturing of Bone Diseases: The Story of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia 09/23/2020

At 63 years old, I normally would have had bone density scans.
However, I'm not big into testing because the ultimate result if I had bone density issues would be either drugs and/or high amounts of calcium.
Neither one is a good option so....there was no point, IMO, to test.

An imbalance of too much calcium in the body is every bit as risky to our health as too much iron.
Rather than trying to push bone density into "compliance", we are better to look at why we have bone loss:
One...age. That's only natural, of course.
Two....poor digestion so that we don't absorb our nutrients and minerals. This is why I'm a big fan of digestive enzymes for almost everyone.
Three....lack of minerals--which is very common with today's depleted and poisoned soils. A good mineral supplement--but not massive amounts in it--is a good idea. I like Dr Carolyn Dean's magnesium (we all could use more Mg-this is NOT my Dist link--I like and use it personally because I prefer a liquid and hers is the best I've found):

Also for minerals supplementation, Black Oxygen organic fulvic/humic acid with soil based probiotics is excellent for gut health and minerals--it provides the energy or "voltages" needed by the cells to transport the nutrients and minerals INTO the cell (my Distributor link):.

Another cause of imbalance is metals infiltration. An exposure to metals can cause poor gut health (since metals destroy gut lining--hence destroys digestion). Remove the toxicity and let the body bring itself back into balance.
TRS Spray is a great zeolite spray for removing not only metals, but also destructive chemicals like glyphosate (my Distributor link): https://trs4metalsdetox.cosevatrs.com/

The mindset of trying to resolve a condition such as osteoporosis by dealing with just that one particular condition is a narrow mindset.
Thus treating only osteoporosis--which is actually the result of an imbalance--is not going to bring us the healthy body we want.

We need to look at what causes bone loss (besides aging, of course). Work on digestion, weight bearing exercise (I'm a fan of hand weights), avoid inflammatory foods and eat well.

The Manufacturing of Bone Diseases: The Story of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia The present-day definitions of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia were arbitrarily conceived by the WHO in the early 90's and then projected upon millions of women's bodies seemingly in order to convince them they had a drug-treatable, though symptomless, disease
