Better late than never…..slow start and strong finish at the Earth Day Open by . Shoutout to for providing such an amazing venue. Bronze in 4.5 mixed doubles for 🌤️.

The US Open Pickleball did not disappoint—actually, it exceeded everything I had already built up in my head.

The first half was solo, and honestly… exactly what I needed. Competing 🥇 , eating, walking, thinking—just being with myself. It was refreshing, grounding, and every thought kept circling back to one word: GRATEFUL. 💭✨

Then the trip shifted into full-on family and friends mode—beaches, restaurants, fishing and tons of pickleball. 🏖️🍽️🏓 Watching matches, feeling the support, and seeing Indiana and Illinois players come together in Florida was something special. The love was real—and definitely felt both ways. ❤️

Huge shoutout to for putting on such an incredible event—so much goes into it behind the scenes, and it showed. 👏

To my partner —thank you for taking the leap and embracing my chaos. Seeded #7, battling through 10 games over 5 hours in the heat, and finishing with silver 🥈… what a grind, what a performance.

My mixed partner, —last-minute partner, instant chemistry, and a quarterfinal run that was nothing but fun. 🔥

And to my wife and son—thank you for giving me the space to chase this and for always being my foundation.

All in all… a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Over 100 games were played throughout the day with incredible competition, great energy, and nonstop battles on the courts.

Yesterday, we had a full day of pickleball. Playing for 6 hours straight in an MLP style format that was tweaked by

We were able to compete with our friends and which really was a ton of fun! We all meshed really well as players and personality.

We made it out of round robin with a 14-6 record. Headed into playoffs as the #4 seed out of 12 teams.

Playoffs were wild. Quarter finals, we really pulled it together and breezed through round 1. The semi finals were a whole different ball game. Andrew and Jordan started us off good with an 8-5 lead. At the 8 point switch, we went in to play our half going against a team that beat us during the pool play. We fought hard; gave it our all but ended up a tad short 14-16. A ton of good points!

Ended up winning the bronze medal match 🥉

16-7 as a team for the day 👏

Life has been so fun lately 🌤️❤️

I know most of these pictures are pickleball related, but outside of that a lot has happened. 2026 so far is a W. Spending time with people that make me feel good and taking care of my body physically and mentally have been top priority. Forever grateful and thankful for my ability to lift people up, make them feel included and pass on a smile because YOU MATTER. Don’t let the world make you feel otherwise. Pay attention to who you surround yourself with, try your best and be open to accept help from those that have your best interest at hand.

Create the life you want. It could be crazy good and it’s right in front of you.

Saturday, April 18th | 1:00 PM

🏓 Co-Ed Doubles
✔ Any age
✔ Any gender combination
✔ Play with anyone — just make the DUPR work

3 Divisions:
• DUPR 7 (combined DUPR 7.0 and under, max individual player DUPR is 4.0)
• DUPR 8 (combined DUPR 8.0 and under, max individual player DUPR is 4.5)
• DUPR 9 (combined DUPR 9.0 and under, max individual player DUPR is 5.0)

DUPR ratings taken at the time of registration. All matches will be entered into DUPR at the conclusion of the event.

Been racking up some wins lately. Luckily, I’ve had some awesome partners by my side.

I’m determined to continue to be better, not just at pickleball but in life as a whole.

Been eating better and exercising more. Been taking the time to slow down and evaluate how I feel. Been prioritizing making time to show up extra for those that I care about.

Last weekend was a busy one for team Partly Sunny🌤️. DUPR 18 and DUPR 16 wrapped up the final week of the regular season with some hard fought matches. They are geared up and ready for the playoffs. DUPR 13 traveled to to play in a 3 person MLP style event. .clark , and finished 2nd out of 16 teams and did a fantastic job representing and 🥈. Great job to all and keep on picklin🥒.

Simply put, I am lucky to be able to play amongst some of the coolest people and to consistently win while doing so. Life is good. It’s really what you make of it 🌤️
