Ron Felber is well-known as the author of both novels and non-fiction books that explore unusual, yet compelling topics. He is often drawn to unconventional subjects, whether it’s a demonically possessed young woman in THE UNWELCOMED, a case of alien abduction in MOJAVE INCIDENT, a mafia doctor in THE MOB DOCTOR, human trafficking in THE KAFKA SOCIETY, or the pursuit of world's most powerful drug
lord in THE HUNT FOR KHUN SA. Felber, like his character Jack Madson, worked as a federal marshal transporting federal prisoners, has fought Golden Gloves and holds a Blue Belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu. The recipient of the UPI Press Award for fiction and the Albright Award for science fiction, he began his writing career with articles based on his experiences for True Detective magazine. Ron was educated at Georgetown University, Loyola University-Chicago, and Drew University, where he earned his Doctorate.
