But hold onto your green hats, folks, because this week’s challenge is all about mobility. Teams are tasked with staying after their workouts, dedicating 10 minutes to mobilize or stretch, all on the honor system. Just report to your captain, and boom 💥 bank an extra point for the team!
With one week left in the competition and St. Patrick’s Day spirit in the air, it’s time to bust out your best green gear for bonus points.
