While completing his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Northern Illinois University, Javed interned at the Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL where he learned the foundation of the Insurance industry. Upon graduating from Northern Illinois University in 1998, Javed was offered a position with State Farm in Crystal Lake, IL as a Claim Specialist where he was tasked with the difficult job of investigating fraud claims and severe injury claims in the Chicago suburbs. Javed handled 1st Party Fraud Claims for one year and 3rd Party Severe Injury Claims for three years. In 2002, Javed was relocated to the Sunshine State, and successfully handled Pretrial Meditations and 3rd Party Negotiations for the Tampa Bay area for two years. In 2004, Javed was promoted once again, this time, to the Orlando area to assist State Farm Agents in training, development and business accument. Javed was responsible for all marketing efforts and campaigns in the Orlando area - print, radio, tv, etc. While in Orlando, Javed trained a total of 47 Agents and over 350 team members, keeping them up to date on new software, systems, and corporate products and policies. Combining his nine years of experience in customer relationships, team development, marketing and operations, Javed was able to drive productivity making the Orlando market one of the most profitable in the country. Due to his immense success and track record with State Farm, In 2006, Javed was selected to open his own agency in beautiful Naples, FL, where he resides today, proudly serving the community.
