We’ve completed an amazing transformation! 🌟

🧼 The main bathroom has been upgraded with a reconfigured and enlarged shower, removal of the bathtub and shower wall to create more space, installation of a makeup desk, and addition of a sitting shower bench.

🪞Glass enclosures wrap the shower for a sleek look, while the vanity area was enhanced by removing soffits, raising the ceiling, and adding recessed lighting. A new wall-hanging vanity and mirror complete the modern aesthetic.

🫧 The shower step is gone, making entry easier with a sloped floor. No glass doors here—just a beautiful glass wraparound enclosure!

SOLAMAR PROJECT
Late May contract signing, July permitting, and the work commenced!

🏡 The total penthouse renovation included an open, reconfigured 2-toned chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a massive quartz waterfall island, and a concealed walk-in pantry.

🍹Bar area revamped with a wine fridge, sink, and tinted glass cabinets. Ceilings raised nearly 1 foot, and A/C ducts reconfigured. Wide plank oak floors and modern baseboards throughout.

🛏 Bedroom and closet doors replaced with shaker-style ones featuring champagne brass hardware. Main bathroom upgraded with an enlarged shower, utilizing space from the walk-in closet.

🛁 All three bathrooms remodeled, and each bedroom now boasts custom-built closet systems by AvlasGroup.

In a project that began in Summer 2022 and was completed by November 2022, our condo at Park Shore Tower underwent a stunning transformation! 🌴✨

🛁 Main Bathroom: Shiplap wall added between the two vanities, new raised tub, and fresh vanities with quartz countertops.

🚿 Guest Bathroom: New shower, glass door, vanity, countertop, and toilet.

💧 Powder Room: Updated vanity with quartz countertop and new toilet.

🍳 Kitchen: Brand-new quartz countertops and backsplash for a modern touch.

🍹 Bar Area: Shiplap wall extending from the living room, matching cabinetry, and quartz countertops carried over from the kitchen.

🏡 The entire condo’s walls, ceilings, and woodwork were refreshed with a coat of paint.

🪟 Balcony: Tile flooring and newly painted railings offer an inviting outdoor space.
