This is all thanks to a reconnection with lifelong friend who I grew up doing theatre with, who believes in me & I now get to be under her direction & care!

She IS the Queen!! So grateful to spend time with after her jaw dropping performance ! I don’t know when we’ve seen a leading lady doing allll that she’s doing & I didn’t realize how incredibly ambitious the show was - her timing, comedy & delivery absolutely impeccable, of course her soprano we love is there but dang the BELTING throughout, customized of course by the masterful Stephen Schwartz - and then she has to turn and give us heartbreak & resilience - in other words it requires her to do it ALL. And she DOES!! 👑

Making new musicals is so very hard & I was heartbroken for every talented artist to learn just a few days later that this chapter ends on 1/4. Go see Queen of Versailles for yourself & I bet you will be surprised - we had an amazing time and were riveted throughout!
