neighborhood trattoria—loosely translated as a friendly gathering place—was born. With BiCE in the kitchen and her brothers and sisters serving in the dining room, Il Ristorante da Gino e Bice (later known simply as BiCE) embodied the spirit of family. Guests often remarked that dining there felt like being welcomed into the home of a dear friend—exactly as BiCE had hoped. Her vision quickly earned recognition throughout Milan, and in time, her sons Remo and Roberto began extending that vision beyond Italy, carrying the BiCE philosophy across the world. At BiCE, we believe a meal is about far more than food and wine—it is about the experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Massimo Pisati, every detail is carefully considered, beginning with the freshest market ingredients and guided by refined culinary techniques.
