Must have 6 months of verifiable experience in the past 1 year or 1 year in the last 5.

Have a current DOT medical card (with expiration prior to 90 days) and pass a DOT drug screening
-Have a clean driving record with NO citation or conviction of more than 2 moving violations during a 36 month period and/or 1 moving violation during the previous 12 months
-Show NO record of DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or misdemeanor within the past 3 years
-No Felony charge(s) within the past 7 years (more serious charges may have different requirements)
