Herbert Cambridge Elementary

We had a blast at our Quarter 4 student celebration on Wednesday! We recognized classrooms that passed the most iReady lessons, students who passed their iReady lessons with 85% or higher for the quarter and students who met their AR goal for the quarter. We also recognized our students in grades three and four who were the top winners in the Elementary Math Challenge competition. We also introduced “The Herbie Award” which honors our students who scored a level 5 on their PM3 ELA, Math, and/or Science assessments. We had a total of 58 level 5s!!!

We are proud to share that Herbert Cambridge Elementary has been named one of only four elementary schools in CCPS to receive the Zoo Con School of the Year recognition!
A special thank you to Emily Parlier from our science department and Sara from the Naples Zoo for joining our school news broadcast to surprise our students and staff with this exciting announcement. We were presented with a school bus filled with Zoo Con animals, along with an official certificate to commemorate this achievement.
Way to go, Otters! We are so proud of our outstanding staff and students for this incredible accomplishment.
