Often, family resources require out of pocket costs that insurance and state programs cannot cover, or that take so long to kick in; they are irrelevant when the time finally comes. Our mission is to help families affected by CHD thrive by bridging the gap between their child's medical care in the hospital and living with CHD at home. We do that by providing items and services that insurance and state programs do not cover, and that friends or family members are unable to provide. Join us in our journey to make hearts mighty!
