BCCI’s Apex Council Member Mr Jaydev Shah and all at Saurashtra Cricket Association heartily congratulate Mr Prakash Bhatt, former Ranji Trophy captain of Saurashtra for being selected by the ICC for the Emerging panel of ICC international Match Referees.

ICC has an elite panel which has 5 Referees (Shrinath, Andy Pycroft, Richie Richardson, Ranjan Madugalle and Jeff Crowe) and now this newly created Emerging panel has 3 more Referees from across the world and only one from India.

Prakash Bhatt will now be posted for a lot of international games including test matches.
