Allow me to reintroduce myself to those who don’t know, I’m Kyla, the owner
Xhale LS Bodywork Therapy!!
I’m a 2 year licensed Sports and Medical Massage therapist now located in Aurora/Naperville area, my previous location was based out of Indianapolis. I’m also an active group fitness, yoga instructor 360 Studios Naperville, and a stretch therapist for the 2023 NFL Combine training camp(s).
Fitness, health and wellness has always been a passion of mine. I’ve dedicated my life now to helping people find ways to relieve aches, pains and tension from the body while also finding mental and physical balance. Our bodies come in different shapes, sizes and forms, so when it comes to massage therapy,
