Playing a key role as the executive sous-chef at Farmstead Restaurant serving American farmhouse fare and then as the executive chef at Tarla Meditrranean Grill serving Greek/Turkish fusion cuisine. Both restaurants continue to be prosperous and an integral part of the community.
