Classes include running, full body exercises, weight training, core strengthening, games, and sports, and team work. Training Squad Bootcamp was created to help those who have started their journey to better health and fitness and for those who recently lost weight, to push them past their limits and to challenge them to succeed. For 8 years now this program has helped people get fit, have fun, and stay motivated!

Training Squad workouts begin this week!
Monday and Wednesday 8:30-9:30am
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
Training Squad workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Always plan for the workouts to be full body, high intensity, and outdoors! While exercising outside we have plenty of space to move around and we have challenging elements like stadium steps. Equipment will be provided but make sure to bring your own mat.

Stop by the Front Desk at Pepper Geddings to fill out a registration form and to get your Training Squad membership card.
The program begins January 8th and spaces are limited so be sure I sign up before it's too late!
