As we discussed in the previous post both North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach have more seasonal hospitality jobs, boutique businesses, bigger industry, more corporate opportunities, major retail & service hubs and a growing tourism sector!

How does that affect & effect our inventory? It makes it HYBRID. People are now renting short term, long term and both. Creating income during high revenue years and then personally enjoying their investment during slower seasons.
