Closet updates on 3 closets
-Installed new solid wood doors with new bypass door hardware. Coated the doors with a white stain/poly to protect and yet let the wood character show through for a rustic appearance.
- Built and installed a center shelving cabinet with adjustable shelving for each closet and new closet rods.
- Repaired the basement drain.

A fresh bedroom cosmetics update completed.
-drywall repaired
-painted
- new flooring and baseboards
- new closet doors

A outdoor lighting project completed.
-replaced post lights along the driveway and refurbished the post for them.
-reworked the electrical for the pool pump and added a post light by the deck stairs.
-replaced the landscape lighting.
