Absolutely neck breaking!!
All Harley Davidson heads are 25-30% too Large for their application. And their intake valve heads shape is something from the 1970's.
Whomever designs them, thinks that they are 9,000 rpm engines. But In actuality, they work best about 5,700 peak
Anyway, I make the port about 25% smaller in important area. And in the end, the head flows about 30% more, CFM and Port velocity.

We've been buried in work. Just insanely busy. Barely anytime to sleep.

Needed chamber welding and seats replaced.
Needed welding for the destroyed intake stud threads
