Muskegon County PASS Program
The Muskegon County PASS (Procedural Actions to Self-Sufficiency) Program is a federally grant-funded project that will utilize the principles of procedural justice in dealing with child support contempt cases. Participants and their families are RANDOMLY ASSIGNED to the program and will work closely with our trained case managers to work on overcoming barriers to child support and parenting time.
