There are often many things overlooked and discerned in cannabis production.
One of the biggest I see is the ability for a facility to quantify many of their qualitative end products. We all are obviously mandated to use a third party Lab to make sure we are outputting a “safe” product to the consumer, but the question that always seems to lack is how accurate is the information that is being provided by that lab.
There are many variables that will impact a COA for better and for worse, Making sure as a producer and a consumer you know what, where, how, and why these variances exist, and why they are important (or not so important to you) is crucial. We have seen a lot of turbulence make its way through the lab community over the last couple months, and without diving too deep into the nitty gritty of what may or may not be going on in that world.. we’ll just say it's F***ed.
We have truly been blessed to create a relationship with a lab partner that has been able to provide us with so much more than just a boiler plate COA, but offer us the opportunity to dive deeper into the Biomechanics of our crop, while working through sample bias, changes in production, and inconsistencies that come with a forever evolving garden geared deep towards the possibilities (and limitations) of cannabis production. Huge shoutout to our partners for walking the line and being an integral partner through the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Lemon Royale
(LemonTree S1 x GMO/TK Skunk)
Electric lemonade with a tennis ball garnish, That’s what comes to mind when we smell this flower.. extremely pungent lemon/gas/rotten/chemical with a huge kick of pure lemon cleaner on the squeeze. Large spear style flower sets, reminding us of the GMO bringing a massive stretch and a heavy yield, but with many different profiles beyond what we’ve seen in the very progressive GMO crosses. Having this cut in the garden came a Little by accident.. well the timing of it at least, but hey 🤷♂️ we definitely aren’t mad about it!
Blessing to the brother for handing down his selection, and as always, hats off to the breeder
