Custom boat lift beam and cradle system fabricated and installed on Wheeler Lake. This H-beam and cradle assembly was built specifically for a 24’ pontoon and features a 6,500 lb lift system. The cradle is constructed from 4” channel iron and weighs approximately 750 lbs, delivering exceptional strength and durability. Designed for long-term performance in demanding marine environments.

Weighing around 3,000 pounds, it reaches a height of 15 feet and spans approximately 20 feet in length. With a width of 42 inches, the staircase features sturdy diamond plate treads for enhanced safety and stability. Built in two sections, it has been assembled on-site and incudes a sleek gloss black finish!
