📢 We're Hiring: Daycare Teachers 📢

Join our team! Element Adventures is looking for enthusiastic and attentive teachers to lead, support, and motivate students as they enjoy all that our center has to offer.

Responsibilities:
▫️Engage with children at all times during your shift.
▫️Assist during meal times.
▫️Change diapers as needed.
▫️Supervise rest times.
▫️Attend to injuries and ensure child safety.
▫️Communicate with parents.
▫️Respond to incidents such as behavioral issues or accidents.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking team members who are positive, proactive, caring, and focused on providing children with a fun, developing, and safe daycare experience. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred.

Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.

Classroom experience managing young children’s behavior through positive guidance techniques.
