Energy 108 YOGA

Things are starting to feel more and more stable. Feeling truly grateful for my community! 💜 classes will be back on MONDAY!!

New hope for evacuated Muscatine business in a temporary location Energy 108 YOGA is moving into a space in the Muscatine Mall after holding classes outdoors for almost a month.

‼️ YOGA UPDATE ‼️

While the timeline and other options I explored didn’t work out in my favor, we got the keys to a space in the mall to set up a temporary Hot Yoga Studio! Power is turned on and we got the heat figured out. Now it’s official we can set up shop!

🌟WE NEED HELP!🌟
There were stickers all over the wall we ripped off and it tore off the paint. So let’s use this as an opportunity to create the same calm, warm, stress relief vibes that made us feel safe and happy. ❗️Tomorrow afternoon/evening we will do a painting party to try and get this done quickly so we can get classes back on the schedule ASAP! Tomorrow we will start painting at 3PM-?. If you can help please reach out to me by text 563-316-1047❗️

Friday we will move stuff in! If you’re available Friday morning at 9am we will start to move stuff over. I’ll have my husbands truck but if we have one more truck or van we can probably haul it all in 1 trip.

Thank you all for being so patient and sending me words of encouragement and support as we maneuver through this. Can’t wait to get classes started again!!!!!

Yoga with Parrots in the Outdoor Aviary at Iowa Parrot Rescue in Letts, IA!

Join Lindsay Broders, owner of Energy 108 YOGA and newest IPR Board Member, and some of our social birds in an outdoor yoga class that will focus on finding the calm in the chaos. Money raised from the event will be donated to the Rescue for bird feeding, enrichment, building maintenance, etc.

Beginner friendly, no yoga experience required. For safety purposes, no children under 10 years old. $20/ticket. Yoga is 1 hour and you may stay after and tour our facility, meet all the birdies, and learn about our mission to help all birds in need. Limited spots available, must sign up online. I’m not quite sure what the timeline of this week looks like yet. Just waiting for a phone call. I will keep you all informed on our studio move to the Muscatine Mall as I find out details! We will need help painting and moving so we can try and get in there asap and get classes going. So if you’re available to help, we’ll take it!
